Here are the terms and conditions we have in place to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free stay for our guests:

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is between 3.00 pm and 9.00 pm, but arrangements can be made for earlier or later check-in with the hotel.
If you arrive early, we will store your luggage until your room is ready.
Check-out time is 10.30 am, and failure to vacate the room by then may result in a charge by the hotel.
Late check-out may be possible for an additional charge of £20, subject to availability, and must be arranged in advance.
Guests must inform the hotel in advance if they will be arriving outside of regular check-in hours.
Parking:

The hotel does not have a car park.
Street parking is available nearby, and there are paid car parks in the vicinity.

The hotel does not have a lift and has 3 floors.
Access to the front of the hotel requires navigating a few steps with a handrail.
The hotel does not have a ramp and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Reservations and Payment:

All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once the hotel confirms them.
The hotel may charge for the unoccupied room in case of non-arrival.
Some offers require full payment, are non-refundable, or requires 3 days before arrival to transfer the date , after this the full amount will be retained . Please note only one date change is permitted.
A credit card is required to guarantee the booking or full pre-payment is necessary for advance purchase.
ID is required to be provided on arrival which should match the card being used, this is to safeguard against fraudulent activity.

Smoking and Pets:
The hotel is entirely non-smoking by law.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Room Sharing:
Our packages are based on a maximum of two adults sharing a room unless otherwise stated.
Additional children and adults will be charged a supplement, and guests should contact the hotel for further details.
Damages and Behaviour:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel's public areas, allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils, and equipment and will be required to pay for any damages caused.
The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unacceptable levels of noise and behaviour from guests.
The hotel reserves the right to close or relocate any services due to unforeseen circumstances or pre-booked events, but we will make every effort to maintain all standards and services.
